Artificial Intelligence (AI) has rapidly transformed various sectors of society, including healthcare, education, governance, finance, and communication. While technological innovation has improved efficiency and decision-making processes, it has also raised complex ethical concerns regarding privacy, fairness, accountability, transparency, and human autonomy. This paper examines AI from a humanities perspective by exploring the ethical challenges associated with its increasing integration into everyday life. Using qualitative analysis based on literature review and theoretical discussions, the paper highlights the importance of balancing technological progress with human values. It argues that ethical governance, interdisciplinary collaboration, and public participation are essential to ensuring responsible AI development. The study concludes that the future of AI should be guided not only by technological capability but also by principles of justice, dignity, and social responsibility.
