The JHST Author Center provides a comprehensive range of informational resources to assist authors throughout the manuscript submission, peer review, and publication process.
Authors are requested to submit manuscripts in Microsoft Word format as an e-mail attachment to the Editorial Office at: editor@jananexushst.com
. Submissions may also be made through the Online Submission system. Manuscripts submitted in PDF format will not be accepted. A manuscript identification number will be assigned and communicated to the corresponding author within 24 hours of submission. Manuscripts submitted via e-mail attachments are accepted; for any correspondence that cannot be sent via e-mail, authors are advised to contact the editorial office at editor@jananexushst.com
for further guidance.
Each manuscript must be accompanied by a covering letter, which should include the full name, complete postal address, and contact details (telephone/mobile number) of the corresponding author. The covering letter should be included in the e-mail message addressed to the Editor along with the manuscript file.
Manuscript Preparation Guidelines
Manuscript File
Submit all components of the manuscript including the main text, references, tables, and figure legends in a single, double-spaced file (preferably in MS Word format). Text (.txt) and Rich Text Format (.rtf) files may also be accepted.
Title Page
The title page must include:
Manuscript title
Full name, highest qualification(s), and institutional affiliation of each author
Complete contact details of the corresponding author (email, phone, and institutional address)
Abstract
Provide an abstract of no more than 250 words, structured into:
Background
Methods
Results
Conclusions
Ethical Considerations
Where applicable, include:
Ethical approval statement
Informed consent declaration
Data responsibility details
Trial registration information (if relevant)
References
Double-spaced and numbered consecutively
Follow standard academic referencing style
List all authors (up to six); for more, use et al.
Tables and Figures
Place tables at the end of the manuscript
Provide clear titles and footnotes
Figures may be embedded within the manuscript (preferred)
Supplementary materials may be submitted separately
Supplementary Materials
Include appendices, supplementary tables, and figures where necessary. These will be published as submitted without further editing.
