Author Responsibilities

Authors submitting to Jana Nexus are expected to uphold the highest standards of academic integrity, transparency, and ethical conduct throughout the publication process.


Originality and Integrity

Authors must ensure that their work is original and has not been published or submitted elsewhere. All sources must be properly cited, and any form of plagiarism, data fabrication, or falsification is strictly prohibited.

 Authorship Criteria

Authorship should be limited to individuals who have made significant contributions to the research. All listed authors must approve the final version of the manuscript and agree to its submission.

 Data Accuracy and Reporting

Authors are responsible for the accuracy of the data presented in their manuscript. The research should be reported honestly, clearly, and without manipulation or misrepresentation.

 Ethical Compliance

Authors must adhere to ethical standards in research and publication, including those recommended by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Any research involving human participants or sensitive data should comply with relevant ethical guidelines.

 Conflict of Interest

Authors must disclose any financial or non-financial conflicts of interest that could influence the results or interpretation of their work.

 Acknowledgment of Sources

Proper acknowledgment of the work of others is mandatory. Authors should ensure that all references are accurate and appropriately cited.

 Multiple or Duplicate Submission

Submitting the same manuscript to more than one journal simultaneously is not permitted. Authors must wait for a final decision before submitting elsewhere.

 Corrections and Retractions

If an author identifies a significant error in their published work, they must promptly inform the journal and cooperate in correcting or retracting the article if necessary.

 Compliance with Journal Policies

Authors are expected to follow all journal guidelines, including submission requirements, formatting standards, and publication policies.
