Artificial Intelligence (AI) has rapidly become an integral part of modern society, influencing healthcare, education, governance, finance, media, and everyday life. As AI systems increasingly participate in decision-making processes, questions concerning ethics, accountability, human autonomy, and cultural values have become more significant. This paper examines the impact of AI on human decision-making from humanities and social science perspectives. Using a qualitative review of existing literature, the study explores ethical challenges, social implications, cultural transformations, and policy considerations associated with AI adoption. The findings indicate that while AI enhances efficiency and accuracy, it also raises concerns regarding bias, transparency, employment, privacy, and human agency. The paper concludes that responsible AI governance requires collaboration among governments, researchers, technology developers, and civil society.
